Health Matters Inc is a Nigerian Non-Governmental and Non-Profit making organization founded in 1996 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 (No. 9007). The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees, an executive committee and several professionals who manage the day-day activities of the organization.
